1. Personal data controller

 The company HWORK - Mgr. Lenka Chudá  (next only HWORK) represents the personal data controller in relation to the personal data of other companies and individuals who visit the HWORK website. In order to fulfill the contract or to fulfill legal obligations, HWORK primarily processes personal data obtained when filling in the contact forms on our website. HWORK further processes the data it obtains from companies and other individuals by visiting our website: 

  • cookies (Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on your device in order to have access to the information necessary for the proper functioning of our system. You can delete or disable cookies at any time, but please note that this will prevent you from using our cookies. system.); 
  • log files (IP address or other online identifiers). 

Personal data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship or for the time necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the law. Through the contact form accessible on our website, personal data of legal entities and natural persons are processed, in particular:

In order to maintain the principles of personal data processing set out in the Regulation, we require from you only those personal data that are a necessary legal or contractual requirement for the fulfillment of the purpose of their processing.
